LHN All Leaders Norming 2025: Rooted & Rising Together
On July 13, 2025, Lighthouse Homeschool Network (LHN) gathered its Circle Leaders, Event Leaders, and key volunteers at Bani, Crocodile Park, Davao City, for the LHN All Leaders Norming 2025, a special leadership meeting focused on planning, alignment, and collaboration for the homeschool year.
Held at the start of the new homeschool year, the gathering provided an opportunity for leaders across the community to connect, synchronize plans, and align their ministries and activities with the year’s theme, “Rooted & Rising.”
Throughout the meeting, leaders reviewed the LHN calendar, discussed upcoming events, shared plans for their respective circles, and coordinated schedules to help ensure that activities would complement one another and serve the needs of LHN families. The session also encouraged collaboration among leaders and fostered a shared understanding of the community’s goals and direction for the year.
More importantly, the norming emphasized the importance of being rooted in Christ, grounded in the values of homeschooling, and committed to serving families through meaningful programs and activities. Leaders were encouraged to help create opportunities for growth not only in academics but also in character, relationships, creativity, physical wellness, and faith.
The gathering reflected LHN’s commitment to teamwork, servant leadership, and intentional planning as leaders worked together to support the community and help families flourish throughout the homeschool year.
As the meeting concluded, leaders left with a clearer vision, coordinated plans, and renewed excitement for the opportunities ahead, united in the desire to see LHN families remain rooted in Christ and continue rising together in faith, learning, and service.
